Megan is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and pursued graduate training in Dance Therapy at Hunter College, University of New York. She is a 1990 graduate of Helix Institute for Psychotherapy and Spiritual Training in NYC. Megan danced in the companies of Kenneth King, Douglas Dunn, and Lucinda Childs before dancing with Merce Cunningham from 1980-1986. Since 2000 she has been teaching Cunningham technique at Simon Fraser University School for Contemporary Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia. She received a Stanley J Wertheimer Fellowship from Mark Morris Dance Group / Dance for PD® in 2015, 2016, and 2017 and teaches dance to people living with Parkinson's in the Vancouver area.
