Fluid Canvas

"Fluid Canvas" was a full company work for fifteen dancers. The piece incorporated simultaneous varied rhythms, rapid physical contact with dancers supporting each other and walking on water imagery. The decor by Shelley Eshkar, Paul Kaiser and Marc Downie was entitled "Lifelike." It comprised motion capture projections of Cunningham from 1971. In addition there were projections of animals in motion, all in a homage to nineteenth-century photographer Eadweard Muybridge.
