This film is a documentary on the making of the filmdance "Locale." The contents is composed of the outtakes of "Locale's" color footage plus additional B & W footage taken during the filming. In "Roamin' I" the interactions of dancers, choreographer and film crew working together are recorded. The title may be read as "Roman Numeral One" or "Roaming Eye." The work is a fascinating lesson on the methods used and problems encountered in filming dance movement.
